Working alongside Honeycutt Strategies and the Tennessee Chiropractic Association, Pioneer Spirit supported the legislative strategy, stakeholder coordination, and public affairs communications behind SB 225 / HB 29, helping move healthcare reform from advocacy to enactment.

RESULT

Fair Reimbursement, Enacted.

SB 225 / HB 29 passed both chambers of the Tennessee General Assembly and was signed into law as Public Chapter 923.

Beginning January 1, 2027, the legislation establishes a consistent reimbursement methodology for covered chiropractic services and secured more than $3 million in recurring state and federal funding for implementation.
